It aims to help on improving our decision making especially focus mainly on the task or project that we have set. Without project management software, people today would be less thorough, less efficient to get things done, lost objective tracking and many others. Thus, we cannot imagine life without project management software. On the other hand, there are many types of project management software that are available nowadays, so here are some of the potential project management software which briefly described below:

5. Basecamp

Basecamp is an excellent online software package that makes project management and collaboration easy. Accordingly, the entire Basecamp system is accessed and managed online, therefore, none of the software or data is actually stored on the computer (Miller, 2014). Strictly speaking, it is really easy to set up projects in Basecamp since the screen is designed to look like a sheet of paper, and it is almost as easy to set up a project as it is to write a note. Basecamp helps us to manage multiple projects at a time with to-do lists, file sharing, chatting, messages, calendars and time tracking. Alternatively, Basecamp can define in two main keywords including simple and good looking. By simple, it really takes only 10 minutes for anybody to use Basecamp fully. So it seems like people sat down and created something that anybody could use. Another point is good looking so user of Basecamp interface isn't just good but the user interface is fantastic to look at, fantastic to use, fast, responsive, and fantastically logical.

Smartsheet is an online collaborative work platform used by individuals and companies of all size to manage projects and get work done from any of their device or browser. As web-based applications promise to make it easier and more affordable for small business owners to get things done. By all means, Smartsheet may have cracked the code on how to get more done with its online project collaboration service.

In conclusion, we cannot guarantee or say for sure that which one is better than any others since many types of project management software are built specifically according to its main target or function so user might choose upon their needs and desires. User might also use it in different purpose as well as we know that most of the software might offer more than one feature or function. Again, each and every project management software are pivotal in every aspect of our life based on the way we use and implement it.
