Database Software

From the past until now, technology has improved a lot from day to day. As we can see that nowadays technology help people to complete their task and can cut down some hard work that people cannot do.
In addition, technology is the main assistant for people. Without it country cannot develop, and people cannot do anything that relate to technology. Relating to this, Internet also play an important role in term of technology. For example, like people that use the modern equipment like mobile phone or computer, they need to connect to Internet in order to make them feel satisfy of what they want because Internet provide people many important things that we really need. By the way, according to this assignment, database is the essential thing for people like worker, teacher, or student.  There are many different types of database software that people use with their different purpose that relate to their job like for IT, bank and financial, business, accounting, or stock. According to the topic, I will describe the database software that I will use in the future after I graduate from the university.

            Since I have chosen business administration major in Zaman University, I have planed already that I want to be a business man. Depend on this job, i will need the database software to assist with my work. Back to the main point, people use the database to keep information of different domain. Without it, all data would have been scattered and messy around every fields. It can use to retrieved or bring back useful and important information. The main purpose of a database is to store a large amount of information for a computer or other electronic device. As I mention already, there are many different types of database software that I cannot describe but the main type of database software that I use is Microsoft access. It is the popular and most common one that everyone know. It can work with many type of database. Another database software that I like to use is brilliant database. It is a full feature database solution. Although it is software that charge us money, but we can use free 30 days trial for test. Furthermore, i will also need data model of database software because it consists of rules and standards that define how the database organizes data. There is several model for me to use in database model so it makes me feel much easier to use. Another thing is that I also need to use a data warehouse to help with my database because it is a huge database that can keep and manage the data required to analyze old and current transaction. So it is easy for me to control if I am a business man, and have a lot of employee and data to manage. For my job as a business man, I will need the field in database to separate each part of the information so the fields that I will use in database are ID, customer name, phone number, address, salary, income, outcome, email address, office, photo etc. By having the field, I can create a table, form, and report. So it is the main thing to have. As I mention above there are two database software that I will use in my future job thus the feature of the database software for access is that within an Access Database, the main objects are tables, queries, forms, reports, data access pages, macros, and modules. Moreover, it build database faster and easier, create more effective form and report, access to the right tools at the right time, and it access database in the new way. For brilliant database, its feature is that it works with image, formula, and attachment. It has an easy networking and automatic work flow using script. Those are the main feature that I need in my business database feature. In addition, for the form of business database software that I need are sole proprietorship form, partnership form, cop oration form, limit liability company form and trader form. That is the form that I need when I run a business. Form and field also relate to each other. For example, in my partnership form it should include some field that I describe above such as customer name, phone number, address, or office. Therefore, in database from part to part it usually relate to each other. For my the report of the database software, I think it is not different from the form because I just need to report the report from the form that I have. For example, if I can create the partnership form I will also can report that form so it relates to each other in database. Finally, as I mentioned above database can help me a lot to complete my task. It can store many data that I have and I can control my information easily. Another thing is that the information is easy to access at any time, more easily retrievable, reduce data entry, and can improved data security. Therefore, it can help me a lot in future job which is a business man.

          
 All in all, database is the important thing in my life especially when I graduate and find a job that relate to the office. Without it, people cannot handle their work to complete it successfully because it can store a lot of information that we need. For a human being, we cannot remember it at all, and for a long time that is why we need a database to store our data. By the way, I also would like to thank to the computer or laptop that make people transform in to the real work and always help people with many different kind of work. On the other hand, this assignment is very good for me because it remind me about the database that run by Microsoft access which I used to learn.
