My second exchange with AIESEC in China

51 days in China was unbelievable as my second exchange after Malaysia. I did not get scared at the first place since I experienced abroad a few times already either alone or with my family but what shocked me the most was that not many people speak nor understand English well, even at the airport. Nevertheless, I felt warm after arriving at the house of my host family, a small family with one son living in the apartment altogether.

For instance, online shop nowadays like eBay or Walmart, without any physical store they can offer the products and services easily to customer from  different country, which do not require customer to go to that store directly, plus the company also can deliver it to their house with a shipping service. With this in mind, organization could have a greater business opportunity due to the fact that organization would have geographic coverage, which make customer to get access to the market more widely. Better markets understanding also play a crucial role to virtual organization since it would be able to increase the customer satisfaction with the given products, services, quality and the edge over the competitor.

An open source web based project management software and the purpose of it is to offer an alternative to ActiveCollab and Basecamp which can deal with a any spectacular task. Additionally, the software isn’t as strong as ActiveCollab in other words it is just as intuitive and simple to use as Basecamp. Likewise, if we take a quick look inside, it might show that Collabtive has all the basic features including milestones, task management, time tracking, and calendar. Lastly, we can also import Basecamp projects and get RSS updates.

My exchange to Malaysia
